UK delivery is shipped via Royal Mail and prices are correct as of 19/10/2019. The buyer is responsible for providing an address that Royal Mail recognises as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over a shipment once a package departs the facilities. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items, damages, or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. We cannot organise delivery to outside of the UK via our site Emma Goring Glass. You need to contact us first for a shipping quote. This also applies to the Channel Isles. Simply email us the name of the product along with your full address and we shall organise delivery from there. Deliveries outside the UK will be subject to local import duties/taxes.
Please Note: As these are fragile items a charge of £3.50 will be applied to cover packaging. The upmost care has been taken to ensure that your item is delivered to you as safe as possible and in the same condition as it left Emma Goring Glass. This level of care includes using the best packaging material appropriate for the item.
UK delivery times are normally 3-5 working days. Items are processed and inspected before delivery; please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri between 9-5, excluding bank holidays. Orders received outside of these times will be dispatched on the next available working day. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once it has left our facility, however if you do need to amend your order prior to dispatch then please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We offer a 28 day returns policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with the items, then please notify us by email (stating reason for return) within 14 days of receipt. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item back to us to receive a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know as soon as possible by email within 7 days providing photographs of the damaged item(s) and condition of the parcel. We will reimburse you these standard delivery return postage costs. Please contact us first for a returns number if you prefer to do so. If you do not inform us as soon as possible after receipt, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
If you are returning an you’re not entirely satisfied with, please send items back via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty). Customers must take reasonable care of goods and when returning items must ensure they are suitably packed to ensure they are not damaged in transit. If the customer does not exercise reasonable care and the goods are damaged in transit, the customer will be charged for breach of this statutory duty and will not receive a refund.
The items are handmade therefore unique so no two items will be identical. Sizes/weights are approximate and may vary slightly as they are handmade. Customers cannot cancel or return orders for goods made to a customer’s specifications, for example personal commissions and engraved items.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Emma Goring Glass can cancel any order it feels fit to do so whereupon all paid monies will be refunded in full.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
